What happens when the season ends
- Season rewards are handed out. You get the rewards for the reward level you reached. They are granted at the start of the next season, so they can take a little while to show up.
- Your reward progress starts over. Everyone begins the new season at Unranked on the reward bar, and the first level takes 10 wins again.
- Placement matches. When a new season begins, your first 10 matches in a competitive playlist are placement matches.
- Ranks can move. Your MMR carries over between seasons, but in some seasons Psyonix has applied a soft reset that pulls ranks closer to the middle.
- New this season: Top 100 titles. Season 24 adds titles for players in the top 100 of the global leaderboards, handed out when the season ends.
How season rewards work
Season rewards are earned with wins, not with your rank alone. Every reward level needs 10 wins at that rank or higher:
| Reward level | Wins needed | Total wins |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 10 wins at Bronze or higher | 10 |
| Silver | 10 more wins at Silver or higher | 20 |
| Gold | 10 more wins at Gold or higher | 30 |
| Platinum | 10 more wins at Platinum or higher | 40 |
| Diamond | 10 more wins at Diamond or higher | 50 |
| Champion | 10 more wins at Champion or higher | 60 |
| Grand Champion | 10 more wins at Grand Champion or higher | 70 |
| Supersonic Legend | 10 more wins at Supersonic Legend | 80 |
Wins in the competitive playlists count, including the ranked Extra Modes. Your progress is shown on the bar below the ranked playlist selection in the game.
What to do before Season 24 ends
- Check your reward bar. See how many wins you still need for the next level.
- Win at the right rank. Wins only count toward a level when you play at that rank or higher, so the next level gets harder if your rank drops.
- Don't leave it to the final days. The exact end time is only confirmed close to the date, and wins can't be added once the season is over.

FAQ
When exactly does Season 24 end?
Psyonix hasn't confirmed it yet. Season trackers expect December 9, 2026, and the exact date and time are confirmed when Psyonix announces Season 25. We update this page when that happens.
Do I lose my reward level if my rank drops?
No. The reward level you've reached stays for the rest of the season. Dropping a rank only makes the next level harder, because wins count only at that rank or higher.
Can I still reach the next reward level in time?
Yes, if you can win 10 more matches at that rank before the season ends. If your schedule doesn't allow it, a wins boost gets them done for you.
Where can I see how many wins I have?
In the game, on the reward progress bar below the ranked playlist selection.
